Yep.

So this project continue to be somewhat in the background. so much so that I sometimes forget about it. But never completely. I just can't allocate enough mind resources for it, so I just invest in other stuff.

But lately I found myself intrigued with a new tool called Obsidian. It seemed to be a really fancy and smart note taking app. And what I love most about it, is that it can connect notes, which could be a great way to make all the characters bios connect when needed.

So I decided to move all the written pre-script materials I have to the app, and found that I'm not just copy pasting text, but actually revisiting it and editing.

I even now got a spark of a new idea - that will completely change the previous 100000 versions of this story.

It's kind of funny, you know? Some of me feel that with every version of idea I have the story gets tighter and tighter and it makes me feel good that I'm letting it marinate in my head for so long. But it also beg the question, is it really good I waited because the idea becomes better, or I'm just setting myself to disappointment because whenever I finally do publish it, that's it - it could never be better.

I think this is one of the hardest things to realize - that what we do will never be perfect. not even close. But it can either run after its own tail forever trying to be something it can't or stand up tall and say, I have flaws, and many of it - but at least I'm out there.

In any case, I'm just at the end of publishing my second horror web comics:

https://www.webtoons.com/en/challenge/kids-are-the-worst/list?title_no=658293

And I think I will try to finish all the characters bits while it's still running and after that get back to devoting myself to the new project.

Well, this is the current plan anyway - I might also get back in 6 months with yet another new version to the story. who knows?
